Freedom. Hope. Transformation.
A Christ-centered recovery, reentry, and discipleship program helping men break free from addiction
"The Transformation Project is a nonprofit recovery and reentry ministry dedicated to offering freedom, hope, and transformation through Christian discipleship.
By confronting the cycles of addiction and incarceration head-on, we are breaking their bonds and forging men of integrity, character, and purpose-present and reliable husbands, fathers, sons, and leaders."
What We Do
At The Transformation Project, we address the root causes of addiction, incarceration, and brokenness by walking alongside men and equipping them to live in freedom, faith, and purpose. Our ministry is built on four key foundations:
Discipleship – Building lives rooted in godly character, integrity, and purpose as men learn to follow Jesus—fixing their eyes on Him, learning to walk as He walked and love as He loved. Through our Cultivate 40-day intensive and Deeper 12-month continued discipleship, men grow through mentorship, group discipleship, and our Practice Abiding curriculum, developing a lifestyle of surrender and servant leadership.
Community – Fostering brotherhood, accountability, and connection through residential living, Bible studies, and shared experiences like hiking and camping. We cultivate a culture where men are known, supported, and challenged to grow.
Recovery – Helping men break free from addiction and embrace their identity in Christ through biblical principles reflected in the 12 Steps. Men learn to acknowledge their need for Jesus, walk in surrender, allow God to search and transform their hearts, find healing from the inside out, and begin seeking Him first in every area of life.
Service – Empowering men to become servant-leaders—mentoring others, supporting their communities, and carrying the message of freedom. We seek to live as a “city on a hill” (Matthew 5:14), reflecting the light of Christ in all we do.”

The Transformation Project: A Testament to God’s Faithfulness
What began as an idea has become a living testimony to God’s transforming power. Since 2015, The Transformation Project (TTP) has been a beacon of freedom, hope, and transformation, dedicated to restoring men from the grip of addiction and incarceration through Christian discipleship.
At TTP, we believe every man was created in the image of God, with immeasurable worth and purpose. Yet, too often, addiction and brokenness rob them of their ability to see that truth. Through biblical teaching, accountability, and faith-filled community, these men are not just breaking free from addiction - they are recovering by turning their lives over to God’s care, embracing biblical principles, and growing in godly character. As a result, they are becoming God-fearing husbands, fathers, sons, workers, and leaders who restore families and strengthen communities.
TTP has weathered many seasons - challenges that tested our faith, moments of perseverance, and undeniable evidence of God’s provision. Through faithful servants, leaders, volunteers, and generous donors, God has shaped this ministry into what it is today. Our once - humble beginnings have grown into a thriving men's residence and a strong community, where prayer, testimonies, Bible studies, and brotherhood foster lasting transformation.
By integrating faith, discipleship, recovery, and service, we are not just changing individual lives - we are igniting renewal in families and communities and advancing the kingdom of God.
At The Transformation Project, God is writing a story of redemption - one transformed life at
a time.
